Anson Building NZ Ltd is a growing construction company based in Auckland and a member of Anson Group, operating since 2001. 

As a certified member of the New Zealand Master Builders Association and NZ Chinese Building Industry Association, Anson Building specializes in delivering high-end residential and commercial projects alongside a selected group of experienced developers and main contractors across New Zealand.

Our team is experienced in all relevant aspects of New Zealand market conditions, building industry standards, policies and regulations, project financing options, and every construction segment covering residential and commercial sectors. 

We are well positioned in the local construction market with many years of experience in construction and management. While Anson provides a full range of project construction and management services, Anson’s primary focuses are on subcontracting commercial projects, apartments, and medium-density villas or terraced houses.
